You should read carefully before you go for online registration:

Instruction to Fill Application Form Online

If you are a first time applicant you are advised to download the User Manual and carefully read the details of programme including eligibility criteria, fee details, duration, etc.
Click on the button APPLY ONLINE that appears at the buttom of this page area and you are directed to new page. Get logged in with Gmail account or make sure that the email id appears at the top of the form must be yours.
And fill the required registration details.
After filling the mandatory information click the "SUBMIT" button
After submitting you will receive your final registration form in pdf via email.
Get print and submit to exam committee.
If you made any mistake in the form again click on APPLY ONLINE and make necessary correction. After that submit it again.
Before proceeding for filling the form online the applicant must have the following:-
i) Scanned Photograph (less than 100 KB)
ii) Scanned Signature (less than 100 KB)

For testing, click on the "Apply Online" and login with Google Account (Gmail)

Fill up the form and submit it.

You will receive the filled up form in pdf in your email and check it.
